Summary

The package requires PHP ^8.2, but CI built only on 8.2 and 8.3 and PHPStan judged the code only by 8.2 behaviour, so nothing showed that the library works on 8.4 and 8.5. The CI matrix now runs every build step on 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5; because no lock is committed, 8.4 and 8.5 resolve PHPUnit 13 and Infection 0.35. PHPStan now takes a min/max phpVersion range from 8.2 to 8.5 instead of a single 8.2 pin, so it checks the code against every supported version. Before the push, every build step passed on all four versions in the official PHP CLI images with Xdebug, with 88 tests and a 95% covered-code mutation score on each. The minimum stays PHP 8.2 and the Composer constraint stays ^8.2, so installs are unchanged while 8.4 and 8.5 are now tested.

PHPStan was pinned to PHP 8.2, so it judged the code only by 8.2
behaviour, while the package also supports 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5. A
min/max phpVersion range makes it check the code against every
supported version.
