This PR adds more tests to increase code coverage but also updates
TestContainersto4.14.0to fix warning about pulling an old and vulnerable dependency ofSSH.NET, since that got updated the empty constructorContainerBuilder()also had to be updated toContainerBuilder(Image)and methodResolveDependency, from classAlcInitializer, fromprivatetointernalfor testability
