This PR makes a minor adjustment to the
providerfield for LADOT to try to work around the name/delimiter issue identified in MobilityData/mobility-feed-api#1452 that caused a single provider to appear as three. This follows the use of the "-" character in the SFMTA feeds as a delimiter as a workaround.Reviewers: if the name tweak doesn't actually fix it then do let me know.
