Repoint links to sections that moved within sds and pds

Morrison-Lab/sds#6 split basic-statistical-methods.qmd and bayesian-inference.qmd into several pages, and Morrison-Lab/pds#8 moved the CLT onto its own page. In both, the ids moved with their content, so rme's links need only a path change once rme points readers at these sites (#1204).
