When promoting a soldier using the RPGO console commands, you'd expect them to be granted the necessary experience to reach the experience threshold of that rank. This doesn't happen.
Example: You promote/rebuild a Squaddie to Colonel with the console command, they will still have the same amount of experience as they did before and will need to gain all the experience needed for Colonel first, making their promotion to the next rank take MUCH longer.
