Add a process-owned bounded export feed of canonical redacted SDK events. Delivery traffic is excluded from its own feed; independent producer sequences retain explicit loss/replay semantics. Collector schema 2 separates optional device streams from always-on server health, tracks concurrent producer sequences and scopes client incidents to their devices. Existing logs/metrics/real OTLP pipeline and operator opt-out remain unchanged.
Validation: full Rust/SDK/codegen/audit/deny checks and the real PostgreSQL/Vector/OpenObserve Compose suite passed, including device-scoped incidents, replay, sequence tracking, source limits, outage/restart, opt-out and delivery recovery. Native authenticated client transport is qualified with the coordinated gateway/UI changes.
