Promote the reviewed bounded SDK and collector implementation from dev to main. Exact dev-head CI passed, including real PostgreSQL, Vector and OpenObserve acceptance. Native signed event/span delivery, searchable traces and operator opt-out were separately exercised against owned fixtures. Live deployment requires artifact migration and preservation checks.
