Update the documentation that still promises the reminder toast
Removing the only web caller and the ReminderWatcher leaves docs/SMS_AND_EVENTS.md:273 incorrectly stating that GET /api/reminders/due drives an in-app toast. The endpoint now has no browser consumer, so the published delivery-flow documentation should be updated with this behavior change.

Removes the in-app "Local reminder" toast: the
ReminderWatchercomponent (it polled/api/reminders/dueevery 30s and kept dismissals in localStorage), its mount in the shell, api.dueReminders, and its tests. Reminders still arrive by text. The server routeGET /api/reminders/dueis left in place, now unused by the web app. Lint, typecheck, and the web suite pass.Made with Cursor
