GHSA-gh4j-gqv2-49f6 still lists 4.5.7 as vulnerable but it looks like it was backported?

GHSA-gh4j-gqv2-49f6 lists all versions < 5.7.0 as vulnerable

It looks like this was backported to the v4 branch as part of #847? Is that correct? If so, would it be possible to update the advisory so people upgrading to 4.5.7 won't get pinged by this? Thanks!
