Add compile-smoke coverage for ImageResponse.createWithOptions

ImageResponse.createWithOptions accepts font and emoji options but has no compile-smoke coverage yet.

What to do

1. Add a smoke function in samples/NextFs.Smoke/Metadata.fs (or a new file) that calls ImageResponse.createWithOptions with ImageResponseOptions including font and emoji settings
2. Verify with dotnet build
