TimsTOF DDA + GPF-DIA library generation failing

Hello,

I'm running into an error where I'm getting very few IDs from my GPF data but an appropriate number from my DDA data during my library generation. diaTracer is throwing a bunch of errors about not being able to read the scans. Is there somewhere I could upload one of my GPF files for you?

I'm going to close this for now since it's dropped off the priority list and may be a data issue, and then revisit it if we continue having issues after collecting new data. If you want me to keep exploring, I should be able to soon.
