Description:

• Group long affected-product lists in suggestion detail views into a collapsible tree, addressing cases where dozens of related products (example: eap8-*) dominate the page (Group "Affected products" in suggestions #1253).
• Add a frontend-only prefix-grouping heuristic: split product names on non-alphanumeric delimiters (-, ., /, …) and recursively group by the most common shared chunk (minimum group size 2).
• Render the grouped structure with a new Ark UI TreeView wrapper, leaf rows still use the existing AffectedProduct component (full names, version badges, CPE tooltips unchanged).

Thanks a lot @DarshanCode2005. In order to get this ready faster I took the liberty to perform the rewrites and modifications I'd have requested.

• Improved the overall feature
• Improved the implementation of grouping
• Made default collapsing not based on amount of children but whether a node has a descendant with an affected version
• Added buttons to collapse all, expand all, or expand only affected versions
• Improved readability and styling quirks
• Added tests
