Support for the official kotlin LSP

Feature description

There's an official kotlin language server now! It's still in pre alpha but it's being way more actively developed than the one made by fwcd. This is the link: https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlin-lsp/tree/main

Alternatives

I didn't really try adding it myself.
You'll probably want to wait for the lsp to at least go into beta phase or something.

I'd potentially wait for it to be in nixpkgs, as building it would be quite cumbersome

Yeah that's fair. I expected it to already be in nixpkgs considering more or less everything is in nixpkgs. Maybe I'll figure out how to package it and submit it but I'd bet there's already a PR open for it.

Just to keep track, the PR in question on the nixpkgs is this one:
