Extends the Oceananigans compat to
0.113.5, 0.114in the root andtest/reactantenvironments.NumericalEarth needs this to move to ClimaSeaIce 0.6, which requires Oceananigans 0.114 (NumericalEarth/NumericalEarth.jl#800). Terrarium is in NumericalEarth's test environment, and its 0.113 cap currently makes that environment unresolvable.
No code changes were needed. With Oceananigans 0.114.1, the full
Pkg.test()passes locally on CPU (Julia 1.12). Not checked: Enzyme tests, Reactant tests, GPU.Registering a release (e.g. 0.1.9) after merging would unblock NumericalEarth's CI.
