Python 3.11.13 support? #12

Description

@dalloliogm

Hi Nygen people,
I am trying to run CyteOnto from Kaggle. Unfortunately, Kaggle runs Python 3.11.13, so the installation fails.

!uv pip install cyteonto
Using Python 3.11.13 environment at: /usr
  × No solution found when resolving dependencies:
  ╰─▶ Because cyteonto was not found in the package registry and you require
      cyteonto, we can conclude that your requirements are unsatisfiable.

Is there any chance CyteOnto would also run on Python 3.11, without changing too many things?

Context: I am participating to the CAFA6 Competition. It involves predicting protein GO annotations from the protein sequences. My plan is to compute protein embeddings using ESM2/ESM-C, GO embeddings using CyteOnto, and then train a model on cosine similarity.
