Section and note lines have no analytic distribution and reset the order-level value; a new product line without distribution did the same. Ignore display_type lines when computing the order distribution and let new lines inherit it.

Section/note lines and new product lines without distribution reset the order-level
analytic_distribution. Ignoredisplay_typelines in the compute and let new lines inherit the order value. Tests added.
