Proposed changes
This PR makes the creek ease off as fewer of the starting survivors are left alive. Until now the last few players took all of its pressure and were hunted almost nonstop. Now it hunts a bit slower, teleports less eagerly and waits longer before coming back. While everyone is still alive the creek plays exactly as before. With only one survivor left it is noticeably, but only slightly, calmer.
