When deleting java runtimes, they are only being removed from database, not from files.

Describe the bug

In java settings, when you delete a java runtime thru "dumpster" button, it only deletes itself in database, but the files stay untouched.

Also when deleting java runtimes in OneClient files, they stay inside java runtimes database. Even after reopening the app.
