Provides data for the ModernFormsNext.Control.QueryAccessibilityHelp event.
Remarks
Controls and extender providers use this event to supply help metadata to
ModernFormsNext.Accessibility.AccessibleObject instances and, through platform backends, to
assistive technologies.
