The default off was removed in da2f6d63d01c6aeb2252102aaf182fc736f3ebdf. This requires us to specify we want it off now in our build script. However, this will be turned On in the near future once issues are ironed out.
llvm is enforcing --no-undefined-version, which was introduced with: e5f70530b729e51901da05955f46229f195914bf [ELF] Restore upstream's --no-undefined-version default (#4065) The rocm-systems patch removes the unused entries in hip_hcc.map.in and amdocl.map.
