What changed
Why
The encyclopedia already exposed basic hero and item records, but important effect values and per-entity recent patch changes were split across separate data. This vertical slice makes the static reference pages useful before dynamic win-rate and purchase-rate analytics are added.
Validation
The in-app browser runtime was unavailable, so 390px behavior received static CSS/source review and remains a preview smoke item.
