When we cannot create a pthread on Linux, we currently log a warning with the thread name, error message and creation attributes.
Since the most likely case of not being able to start the thread is resource exhaustion, we also trace rlimits, memory information and related stuff. But this is only traced at info level, so it will not appear by default in the logs.
We should also add the total number of running processes and threads and include all the additional information at the warning level too. Since this might be too chattty, we could do it just on the first encounter.
