Describe the bug
The documentation for form factors (https://www.sasview.org/docs/user/qtgui/Perspectives/Fitting/plugin.html#form-factors) needs to be updated to match the new behavior introduced by SasView/sasmodels#570, which allows for pure python form factors. Currently, the documentation suggests certain parts must be in a C file, which is no longer true.
Expected behavior
The documentation should be clear that structure factor models can be pure python, if desired.
