Replace four thick side accents with the panels' existing uniform 1px borders. Entry actions retain their pine tint, hover and keyboard-focus treatments; selection, refresh controls, spacing and behavior are unchanged. Updated nearby comments to match.
Validation: lint, strict typecheck, production build and diff check pass. This is a CSS-only refinement; no behavioral tests added. Browser visual verification was attempted but the existing natural-voice preparation/browser stall prevented a reliable capture.
Resolves all four reported side-tab findings in JourneyForm.module.css and InboundPicker.module.css. No ignores or suppressions added. User approved removing these accents for a calmer UI.
