- varam.chat Self-hosted multi-model AI chat platform routing 23 models through OpenRouter, with full inference telemetry (invite-only)
- Varam Analytics Self-hosted, cookieless web analytics on TimescaleDB, running in production
- InferPlane AI control plane for teams: governed model access, credit metering, retained request logs, audit trails (in stealth)
- Prolly.so (client work) AI-powered on-chain prediction-market platform, built as sole engineer over ~13 months. Core CPAMM contracts audited by ScaleBit (BitsLab): zero critical and zero major findings, every finding remediated. Four Solidity generations under a Foundry fuzz suite, plus Solana (Rust) and Move ports

The strongest work here is client systems and production services, so much of it is closed source. What is public is either production code or a trimmed-down version of it, focused on clarity over cleverness and built to survive real traffic, not demos.
