The menu pause/resume button now responds across its painted bounds, and padded add, dismiss and restore-defaults targets are easier to use. Settings and Welcome share integrated, title-free window chrome; the language selector aligns with preference switches and the menu has less bottom padding.
Prepares version 1.0.1 (build 11) with changelog and interaction checks.
Validation:
make checkpasses all 49 tests and the signed build; public-source hygiene and gitleaks pass. Native UI checks verified window rendering, Welcome closure, picker interaction and alignment. Owner accepted the UI changes; automated popover coordinate testing was unavailable because the UI helper rejected the target window.
