We are going to change the way we read the default inputs so it is more user-friendly and easy. The workflow intended is as follow:
First, inputs init will download the excel file.
Second, people can modify the excel file to include different scenarios or to change specific values,
Third, we read the excel file to create the different inputs for the switch-model.
