Authorized implementing-agent source review complete at 01e7468 (not independent human review). Reviewed closed tool contracts, explicit paid admission, structured recovery, bounded waits/downloads and credential isolation. Server identity/configuration preserved; no additional blocking finding. Local Node 22 test/build/packed-install and SDK/stdio suite: 75 passed. Hosted test-and-pack green. Merge only; publication and deployment remain unauthorized. |

Unpublished 0.5.0-beta.0 candidate preserving the existing MCP server identity. Adds video quote/execute tools, ordinary prompt-to-quote routing and owned streamed downloads. Requires explicit spending ceiling and persistent idempotency key; no automatic paid fallback. Local Node 22 suite: 74 passed, including clean package install and stdio checks. Depends on gated Video V1 backend. No npm/registry publication or deployment authorized; do not merge yet. Hosted CI and release verification in progress. See README.md and RELEASE.md.
