Rename the published Dart package and its entrypoint library so the SDK is namespaced under the Ably Pub/Sub product - pubspec `name` and `description` - lib/ably.dart -> lib/ably_pubsub_device.dart, and its `library` directive - all `package:ably/...` imports across the test suite and the example app (both the entrypoint and `src/...` deep imports); lib/src uses relative imports and is unaffected - example app path-dependency key - README pub.dev badge, package links and install snippet No behavioural change. `dart analyze` is clean and the 1147 unit tests pass; integration tests were not run as they need live credentials.
