Synchronizing not working

I have been trying to synchronize my document with my company's server using CmisSync software, but it keep showing "object reference not set to an instance of an object". Please what is the possible way out? Below is the attached log for your review.

It appears you are connecting to a server on localhost:8080 is this correct?
