Duplicate projection paths accepted in `SystemInfoVolumeSource`

CreateActorTemplate accepts templates where multiple data source items project to the exact same file path within a SystemInfoVolumeSource volume.

Note that atelet processes items sequentially and writes each file atomically, causing items to silently overwrite and clobber each other without any error or warning.
