According to our policy, we no longer test on Ubuntu 22.04, Python 3.10, GCC 12,
and clang 18. We now additionally test on Ubuntu 26.04, Python 3.12/3.14, GCC
versions {15, 16}, and clang versions {20, 21, 22}. We also switched SoPlex from
version 7.1.0 to 7.1.2 due to a bug in an assertion, caught be more recent GCC
versions.
