Pull request Description:

Trying to resolve four of the open dependabot alerts with the help of Claude (js-yaml, shell-qoute).
These are all alerts for dev-dependencies afaik.

explained as:

# updates to highest allowed version according to (code-coverage's) package.json
yarn up -R js-yaml
  node_modules/
  ├─ js-yaml/ 4.3.2 ← "hoisted" to the top
  ├─ argparse/ 2.x ← what js-yaml 4 needs (^2.0.1)
  ├─ @cypress/code-coverage/ ← no js-yaml of its own inside
  └─ @istanbuljs/load-nyc-config/
     └─ node_modules/
├─ js-yaml/ 3.15.2 ← nested: only this package sees it
        └─ argparse/ 1.0.10 ← what js-yaml 3 needs (^1.0.7)

The alert shows the affected versions as 4.X ranges, so I think it should fix both. 3.15.2 and 4.3.2 where both patched at around the same time a month ago. (https://www.npmjs.com/package/js-yaml?activeTab=versions)

Since this forces a newer resolution of shell-quote since concurrently isn't updated yet, the resolution should be removed when concurrently is updated.

Updated with:

yarn up -R js-yaml

Fixes two security advisories for dev-dependencies

Explanation from Claude:

The vulnerable copy comes from @cypress/code-coverage (^4.1.1), a dev
dependency. Dependabot could not update it because
@istanbuljs/load-nyc-config needs js-yaml ^3.13.1, and it looks for one
version for both. Updated with `yarn up -R js-yaml`, which re-resolves
each copy within its own range: lockfile only, no resolutions entry.
The 3.x copy (3.15.2) is unchanged and already has both fixes.
…rently

add entry to resolution
update lockfile

build ran cleanly, looked through jena-fuseki-ui and looks good to me.
