[BUG] Board stm32l476vg-disco:nsh is missing CMakeLists.txt file #20366

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue
Using following script on clean nuttx repo:
if [ ! -e nxvenv ]; then
python -m venv nxvenv
fi
. nxvenv/bin/activate
if [ -e nxvenv/bin/menuconfig ]; then
pip install kconfiglib
fi
cmake -B build -DBOARD_CONFIG=stm32l476vg-disco:nsh -GNinja nuttx
cmake --build build
CMake fails at configure time with following error:
CMake Error at boards/CMakeLists.txt:67 (add_subdirectory):
The source directory
/home/ventyl/projects/cmrx-performance-test/nuttx/nuttx/boards/arm/stm32l4/stm32l476vg-disco
does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.
