What changes were proposed in this pull request?

  1. Permissions in Ranger policy UI appear to be unsorted order. Having them in sorted order will make it easier to find a specific permission, especially with large number of permissions.

How was this patch tested?

  1. Applied the patch locally.
  2. Verified that the build completed successfully.
  3. Checked that the development server started and worked properly.
  4. Performed UI-level sanity testing on the following modules and pages.
