Add max_items to Actor.start(), Actor.call() and Actor.call_task() #1163

The client accepts max_items on actor.start(), actor.call() and task.call(), but Actor.start(), Actor.call() and Actor.call_task() don't expose it. A pay-per-result child run can't be capped without going through Actor.apify_client. The JS SDK passes it through, because its option types extend the client's.

Add max_items: int | None = None to the three methods and forward it to the client.
