Enables oxlint's
import/extensionsrule, so a relative import without the.jsextension fails lint. Package imports are ignored. oxlint goes from 1.62 to 1.87, because 1.62 reports imports that already end in.jsas missing an extension. Same rule as apify/apify-sdk-js#770.
