Problem: No way to easily ensure functioning DIP upload to AtoM (with out running a full transfer)

Please describe the problem you'd like to be solved
We would like a way to quickly and easily verify that Archivematica can perform DIP uploads via connection to AtoM.

Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented
On the Administration tab under DIP upload - AtoM, we would like a button like "Verify DIP upload connection". This button would verify the connection and the SSH permissions required for DIP upload.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, the only way to fully verify is to run a test transfer and create a test description. This is long and tedious.

Would ease the burden on the Q/A post upgrades
