Bumps the Linux CI container from
swift:6.0-jammytoswift:6.3-jammy, matching the macOS runner (Xcode 26.6).The 6.0 pin was there because Linux XCTest discovery could not cast an isolated method. That was caused by an explicit
@MainActoronZKSyncTransactionTests, removed in be19ab4 after the pin went in. No isolation annotations remain.Unblocks newer dependency versions, which declare tools-version 6.1 and above.
