tdd skill: point at the workspace Java TDD skill and the real test stack - #383

The skill told the reader to follow `.claude/skills/java-tdd-guide/SKILL.md`, which in this repository is only the pointer file since #382, and described the stack as JUnit 4 with DataProviderRunner, which the Maven Enforcer bans (the suite runs on JUnit Jupiter 6, Hamcrest 3 and Mockito). It also showed `./mvnw`, and there is no wrapper here (CLAUDE.md says so). Now it names the workspace path, the Java 21 supplements of the version chain, the actual stack and plain `mvn`.
