Fred: the subtitle line was wrong and the cover looked double spaced (the   tracking). The cover now says what the page is for, the first heading is System Requirements, and the lede is one paragraph.

From Fred's read of the one-page README: "What you need" becomes "System Requirements", the subtitle line "Cathedral rewards verified compute, not self-reported capacity" is removed as wrong (the README cover and lede, and the guide's first line), and the letter-spacing that made the cover look double spaced is gone. The docs test now pins the new heading and subtitle and forbids the old line and

Documentation and test assertion updates only; no runtime or operator command behavior changes.
Overview
The one-page README is retitled for operators: the cover subtitle is now Run a validator for Bittensor SN94 (replacing the letter-spaced “Cathedral rewards verified compute…” line and removing
spacing). The intro lede drops that same tagline and stays focused on what the validator does on SN94.## What you need on the README becomes ## System Requirements; install/run content is unchanged. docs/OPERATOR_GUIDE.md drops the matching opening tagline so it no longer repeats incorrect positioning.
tests/thin/test_operator_docs_safety.py pins the new README heading and subtitle, and asserts the old tagline and
