fix(i18n): improve Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) translation quality

Overview

This PR addresses Issue #89 Proof read machine translations by fixing systematic machine translation errors in the Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) localization file.

Cboard helps users with speech and language impairments (autism, cerebral palsy) communicate through symbols and text-to-speech. Accurate Chinese translations directly affect Chinese-speaking AAC users' ability to use this tool effectively.

Issues Fixed

1. "board" mistranslated as "董事会" (corporate board) → fixed to "面板" (communication panel)

49 occurrences. In AAC context, "board" means a communication panel, not a corporate board of directors.

2. "communicator" mistranslated as "通讯器" (communication device) → fixed to "沟通器" (AAC communicator)

12 occurrences. For AAC tools, "沟通器" is the correct term.

3. ARASAAC symbol library name typo → fixed to "ARASAAC"

3 occurrences. The Spanish symbol library name was missing an 'A'.

4. "tile" mistranslated as "磁贴" (Windows UI term) → fixed to "图块" (AAC tile)

14 occurrences. In AAC, tiles are communication symbols, not Windows Metro tiles.

5. Traditional/Simplified Chinese mixed → unified to Simplified

Several entries mixed Traditional Chinese characters (這個，資料夾，編輯) with Simplified. All unified to Simplified Chinese.

Impact

• Total changes: 90 lines modified (45 additions, 45 deletions)
• Beneficiaries: Chinese-speaking AAC users who rely on Cboard for communication
• Risk: Low — translation strings only, no code changes

Verification

• JSON syntax validated (3939 keys, all valid)
• No remaining instances of problematic translations
