Help offer: Adding BigQuery to unit tests

I work for FinnGen, we have over 100 users that have access to a OMOP CDM hosted in BigQuery.
Me personally and few or our users have been trying to use this and subsequent package for a while.
The ecosystem is very un reliable in BigQuery, most times doent work out of the box, or if it does, it breaks in a new release.

Is there any what that WE can provide a testing environment for you in BigQuery.
I can also help debugging some of the issues.
