cdmFromCon fails on Snowflake with glue ≥ 1.8: glue_sql: .con is absent but must be supplied

CDMConnector::cdmFromCon() failed when connecting to Snowflake and the write/CDM schema resolves a two-part (catalog + schema) name. The connection worked after installing glue 1.7.0

Error in glue::glue_sql("{DBI::dbQuoteIdentifier(con, s[1])}.{DBI::dbQuoteIdentifier(con, s[2])}") : 
  `.con` is absent but must be supplied.
