sherpa-onnx.rn: instrumented tests cannot run — missing RN libraries and INTERNET permission #475

Summary
The packages/sherpa-onnx.rn instrumented tests cannot execute. Two separate harness gaps.
1. React Native libraries missing from the test APK
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: dlopen failed: library "libreactnativejni_common.so" not found
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.facebook.react.bridge.WritableNativeMap
The tests reference RN bridge types, but the instrumentation APK does not link the RN native libraries.
2. No INTERNET permission in the test manifest
The downloader-backed tests (RealAsrFunctionalityTest, RealTtsFunctionalityTest) fetch models from GitHub releases at setup. Without INTERNET in the androidTest manifest, that fetch cannot succeed.
Why this issue exists
docs/INTEGRATION_TESTING.md attributed both gaps to #449. That issue is about no CI running the @siteed/audio-studio suites and mentions neither of these. The docs now point here instead.
Not blocking compilation
./gradlew :siteed_sherpa-onnx.rn:compileDebugAndroidTestKotlin succeeds. The sources build; they cannot run.
