kdeplasma-addons is installed but not detected

Can't use the advanced options as it still says that you need to install plasma-addons. On my system (KDE Neon), the equivalent is kdeplasma-addons, which was already installed.

The reason is that the QML plugin org.kde.plasma.private.quicklaunch this widget uses is now bundled with the quicklaunch widget as a QML Module https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kdeplasma-addons/-/merge_requests/889, so it can no longer be imported by third parties, it's always been private, the difference is that it is now "enforced"

For this to work again Plasma would need to provide an alternative or make that plugin public again, the worse alternative is each widget having to provide their own QML plugin
