Recapture the Aspire PDF ingestion screenshot for Part 4

Summary

Recapture images/ingesting-pdfs.png using the current .NET 10 Aspire application.

The existing screenshot logs ingestion for an older, much larger sample document set.

Screenshot requirements

• Run the current GenAiLab.AppHost project.
• Open the aichatweb-app console logs in the Aspire dashboard.
• Capture successful processing of the current sample PDFs: Example_GPS_Watch.pdf and Example_Emergency_Survival_Kit.pdf.
• Include enough Aspire dashboard context to make the source of the logs clear.
• Avoid including endpoints, credentials, or other sensitive information.
• Replace images/ingesting-pdfs.png at its existing path.

Documentation update

Add the refreshed image to the ingestion or end-to-end verification section of Part 04 - AI Web Chat Template/README.md and give it descriptive alt text.
