A command's fileNames entry with an uppercase letter (ex. "Makefile") never matched a file. The file's name was lowercased before comparing, but the configured name wasn't, so dprint sent the file to the plugin and no command ran. The same applied to an exts entry with an uppercase letter (ex. "PS1").

Now both are compared case insensitively, which is how dprint matches them when deciding to send a file to the plugin.
