기존 RDT 모델·XML 테스트를 실행하는 standalone Maven 진입점을 추가합니다. JDK 21에서 실행합니다.
mvn -B -f egovframework.rte.rdt/pom.xml clean test빌드는 PDE 없는
pom·service·xml패키지만 컴파일하고, PomObjectTest·VersionTest·DependencyTest·MetaFilesTest·SecureSAXBuilderTest를 main 리소스와 함께 실행합니다. 프로덕션 코드 변경이나 Eclipse/Tycho/타깃 플랫폼 변경은 없습니다.제외한 테스트와 사유는 POM에 기록했습니다. TableListTest와 DependencyList 헬퍼는 Eclipse가 필요하고, ParsingTest는 fixture가 없고 파싱 실패를 실패로 처리하지 않으며, UtilityTest는 숫자 버전 순서와 어긋난
2.0.0 > 10.9.1을 기대합니다.검증: Maven 3.9.9 + JDK 21,
clean test에서 58/58 green, 실패·오류·건너뜀 0건. 선택한 standalone 부분집합만 검증하며, Eclipse 플러그인이나 전체 레거시 스위트는 아닙니다. 테스트를 찾지 못하면 Surefire가 실패합니다.CI 한계: 기존 워크플로는
egovframework.dev.imp.templates/pom.xml만 테스트 건너뛰기로 빌드합니다. POM을 탐색하지 않으므로 이 신규 모듈은 CI에서 실행되지 않습니다. 이 POM 전용 변경은 해당 워크플로를 그대로 둡니다.관련 이슈: leejongyoung#3
