This change combines all pending Dependabot pull requests (#548, #549, #550, #552, #553, and #554) into a single pull request and aligns shared package versions across all projects in the solution to prevent NuGet package downgrade errors (NU1605): - Bump System.Collections.Immutable from 8.0.0 to 10.0.12 in FirebaseAdmin, FirebaseAdmin.IntegrationTests, and FirebaseAdmin.Snippets (#548, #549, #550, #554) - Bump coverlet.msbuild from 8.0.1 to 10.0.1 in FirebaseAdmin.Tests (#552) - Bump Google.Api.Gax.Rest from 4.13.1 to 4.15.0 in FirebaseAdmin (#553) - Bump Google.Apis.Auth from 1.73.0 to 1.75.0 in FirebaseAdmin, FirebaseAdmin.Tests, and FirebaseAdmin.Snippets (#553) Testing: Verified via GitHub Actions CI (net462 and net6.0 builds and unit tests).
